Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Player Nest ("Player Nest," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, constitute a binding agreement between you and Player Nest governing your use of the Player Nest mobile and TV applications, web portal, and related interfaces (collectively, the "Service" or "Application").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or at least 13 with verifiable parental or guardian consent;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws;
• Provide accurate device and account information when activating or pairing devices.

Player Nest is an advanced IPTV media player for phones, tablets, Android TV, Apple TV, and related platforms. The Service allows you to:

• Load and play M3U/M3U8 playlists and Xtream Codes API sources you provide;
• Browse live TV, movies, and series from your configured sources;
• View electronic program guide (EPG) data when supplied by your source;
• Pair devices with the web portal for remote playlist management and synchronization;
• Access optional premium features such as extended portal sync and device licensing, where offered.

Player Nest does not supply, host, or distribute any television channels, video-on-demand libraries, or other media content. All content displayed in the player originates from sources you or your IPTV provider configure. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of third-party streams.

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• All playlists, URLs, credentials, and content you add to the Application;
• Ensuring you have the right to access and play any content you stream through the Service;
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding IPTV and media consumption;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device key, portal credentials, and playlist passwords;
• Any activity that occurs through your paired devices and portal account.

You must not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, circumvent technical protections, or engage in any unlawful activity.

Certain features — including device licensing and portal management — may require a paid subscription. Where offered, pricing, billing interval (e.g., monthly), and trial terms will be disclosed before you purchase.

• Free trial. A free trial may be offered for new devices. At the end of the trial, continued access to licensed features requires an active paid subscription unless otherwise stated.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal through your account or the payment provider (e.g., Stripe customer portal).
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance unless you cancel beforehand.
• Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Player Nest, including its software, design, logos, documentation, and proprietary code, is owned by Player Nest and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial playback of your own configured content, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Application except as expressly permitted by law. All trademarks and trade names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Player Nest respects intellectual property rights. Because we do not host user media, we cannot remove content from third-party IPTV sources. However, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who repeatedly violate these Terms or applicable copyright law.

If you believe content accessible through a user's configuration infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• A description of the alleged infringing activity;
• Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We will review complaints promptly and take appropriate action within our control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED PLAYBACK.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free or available at all times;
• Third-party streams will play without buffering, interruption, or quality issues;
• EPG data or playlist metadata will be accurate or complete;
• Any particular IPTV provider or source will remain compatible with the Application.

Technical maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily interrupt access to the portal or Application.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAYER NEST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PLAYER NEST IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application and cancelling any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate — for example, by posting an updated version on this page, within the Application, or by email where applicable.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Player Nest operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against Player Nest.
